Capè

Capé is a wine that comes from a beautiful hilly area, well exposed to the hot summer sun, in the hours leading from the afternoon to dusk. Well renowned locally, it lends itself to important and elaborate food combinations due to its characteristics. It offers an intense bouquet, ample and complex thanks to the long period lulled by the wood. One can recognize the notes of citrus, mint and vanilla sugar, which makes this wine unique. It pairs well with the typical Robiola Roccaverano cheese.
